Refund Policy

Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Yarn must be in original form (skein, hank, ball) and be unused and free of any odors or damages.
Certain items (including wound yarn, needles/hooks, books, patterns, gift cards, clearance items, Trunk Show items and special orders) are final sale and not eligible for return.
Refunds will be given in the form of exchanges or store credit once the return is received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
