Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a refund via store credit. Cancellations made within 7 days of a class are eligible for a refund of 50% of the original class cost. Cancellations made the day of class and no-shows are not refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the event a class or workshop is cancelled, a full refund will be issued in store credit
Participation is at your own risk. Crafting tools, needles, hooks, dyes, and other supplies may cause injury if used improperly. Please follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.
Assumption of Risk: By participating in any class, event, or workshop, you acknowledge that crafting activities may involve sharp tools, hot equipment, dyes, or other potentially hazardous materials. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southern Purl Fiber Co.,LLC, its owners, employees, and instructors are not responsible for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation in classes, workshops, or events.
Minors: Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present unless otherwise stated. Parents/guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety of minors during classes or events.
Medical Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, you authorize Southern Purl staff to seek medical assistance at your expense if you are unable to do so yourself.
