Welcome to Southern Purl Fiber Co.,LLC! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and in-store purchases. By accessing our website, making a purchase, or visiting our store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Southern Purl Fiber Co.,LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates an online and physical craft store specializing in yarn, fiber, and handmade goods.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws or principles.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to use our website or make a purchase.
• By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• We make every effort to display product details accurately, including descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Due to monitor settings, lighting, and dye lot variations, actual colors may differ from what appears on your screen.
• All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

• All prices are listed in USD($) and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept payment via major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment options as displayed at checkout.
• Payment must be made in full before an order will be processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is declined, suspected fraud is detected, or errors occur in product listings.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
• Orders are typically processed 24-48 business hours after they are received. Orders containing an item that is a Pre-Order will not ship until the date listed on the pre-order item page. 
• In the case of a lost or missing package, we do our best to work with the shipper to find and resolve the issue. 
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.
• In-store pickup is available for local customers at no additional cost.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Yarn must be in original form (skein, hank, ball) and be unused and free of any odors or damages.
• Certain items (including wound yarn, needles/hooks, books, patterns, gift cards, clearance items, Trunk Show items and special orders) are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Refunds will be given in the form of exchanges or store credit once the return is received and inspected.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

• Full payment is required to reserve a spot.
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a refund via store credit. Cancellations made within 7 days of a class are eligible for a refund of 50% of the original class cost. Cancellations made the day of class and no-shows are not refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the event a class or workshop is cancelled, a full refund will be issued in store credit
• Participation is at your own risk. Crafting tools, needles, hooks, dyes, and other supplies may cause injury if used improperly. Please follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.
• Assumption of Risk: By participating in any class, event, or workshop, you acknowledge that crafting activities may involve sharp tools, hot equipment, dyes, or other potentially hazardous materials. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
• Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southern Purl Fiber Co.,LLC, its owners, employees, and instructors are not responsible for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation in classes, workshops, or events.
• Minors: Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present unless a signed consent form is provided. Parents/guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety of minors during classes or events.
• Medical Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, you authorize Southern Purl staff to seek medical assistance at your expense if you are unable to do so yourself.

• All content on our website, including photos, designs, patterns, logos, and text, is the property of Southern Purl or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold Southern Purl harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement on any rights of another.

Our collection, storage, and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
